Marco McLane Development was founded by Mark McLane and Tim Marco in 2020 with the intention to deliver best-in-class, ground up real estate development projects in communities defined by distinctive character. With over 40 years of collective experience executing the full continuum of development projects in multiple asset classes. Mark and Tim have developed over 1,000 apartment units throughout the Minneapolis/St Paul market as well as over $100M in commercial projects regionally. Mark McLane

Mark is regarded for his comprehensive experience in the development an execution of multifamily and commercial projects. In his nearly 20 years in the industry, he has been directly responsible for end-to-end development duties throughout the entirety of the project spectrum from opportunity generation to stabilization and asset management.

Tim Marco

Mark McLane

Tim has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on commercial and multifamily real estate. He brings multi-faceted expertise in site selection, entitlements, financial underwriting, debt/equity sourcing, and master planning. Tim is adept in sourcing development opportunities and strongly believes success is founded in creating an environment of collaboration, listening, and passion to every project he spearheads.
